Question 1: The keyboard keeps losing connection or not connecting what do I do?

Method 1: Change/ Charge the battery.
1.1: For the other Bluetooth keyboards please charge them using a wall adapter.
Tips for 1.1
- When you charge the keyboard use a wall adapter.
- Turn the keyboard off when you are charging it.
- Do not charge it using the computer's USB. If you do it will not use the computer then the USB will not get powered. Therefore it will not charge the keyboard.
- Turn the keyboard off when you are not using it. It actually makes you charge less than usual.
1.2: For BTSOLARKEY series let the sun hit it as well.
Method 2: PRAM Reset.
Step 1: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WORKING KEYBOARD FIRST. You will need to input the computer's log-in password.
Step 2: Shut off the computer.
Step 3: Turn the computer back on then, before the chime, immediately simultaneously press & hold these 4 keys below (Command+Option+P+R) :
Step 4: Continue to hold until you hear 3 to 4 chimes then you may let go then try your Macally keyboard again.
Method 3: Reset Bluetooth Module.
Step 1: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WORKING KEYBOARD FIRST. You will need to input the computer's log-in password.
Step 2: Using the working keyboard Hold the Shift + Option (Alt) keys down simultaneously on your Mac's keyboard, while at the same time, click the Bluetooth symbol in the top-right corner of the macOS menu bar. (see picture below)
Step 3: Let go of these keys and click on Reset the Bluetooth Module ( Labeled "3" in picture below)
Step 4: Restart your computer.
Method 4: Turn your Bluetooth off and on again.
Step 1: Click on System Preferences.
Step 2: Click on Bluetooth.
Step 3 and 4: Click off and back on.
Method 5: Re-pair the Bluetooth Device.
Step 1: Click on System Preferences.
Step 2: Click on Bluetooth.
Step 3: Highlight what you want to delete then press the little X.
Step 4: Click on Remove.
Step 5: Pair the Bluetooth keyboard to the computer again.
